Old favorites will not have new changes properly rendered unless refavorited

Mostly an issue for the bus stops/apple places since the ecosystem changes are not accessible to the public right now. However, this could be a problem if there are fundamental changes to the ecosystem card design after release.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reproducing the issue with an existing favorite, then trace how saved favorites are loaded and rendered after ecosystem changes. Done means an old favorite reflects the current card design without requiring the user to refavorite it.
