Low-Level Search Bar on Route Options View

Enable the user to view a "low-level" e.g. search bar w/ only location information on route options page. The search bar will be tappable and allow the user to change either their start location e.g. current loc and end destination e.g. Mews Hall.

Start at the route options page and trace the existing location-selection flow. Add the low-level location-only search bar shown in the issue, with tapping allowing the start location and end destination to be changed; done means both locations can be edited from that view.
