Initial working concept

From our discussions on the evening of Feb 5:

The base library contains a simple set of attributes to decorate tests with. These attributes define the issue or feature that the test exercises

An adapter is attached to the build process of the test projects that analyzes the code for the Issue and Feature attributes and generates a 'test manifest' with information about the fully qualified name of the test method and a link to the issue/feature tracker that was declared

A continuous integration feature will be created that reads the test reports, combined with the 'test manifest' and generates a report of 'new features addressed', 'new issues fixed', and 'features / issues broken' based on the success / failure of a test run

L'issue non nomina file, test o punti di ingresso; inizia mappando nel repository la libreria di base proposta, l'adattatore di build, il manifest dei test e il flusso di reporting della CI. Il lavoro sarebbe completato quando fossero disponibili un design concordato e un percorso funzionante dagli attributi di Issue e Feature, passando per la generazione del manifest, fino ai report per gli elementi gestiti, corretti e non funzionanti.
