Stuck transactions

When trying to send all your Zil in a transaction sometimes the "Add all balance" option results in a transaction that never gets confirmed. Even after days the transaction remains there in the Pending state but never goes through. Trying to send the coins again does not work.

It appears this is because the "Add all balance" option is not quite calculating the correct amount every time. If I instead subtract 0.001 then the "Add all balance" option will consistently work. I noticed when I do this that sometimes the remaining balance is less than 0.001, for example it may come out to 0.000999999996 remaining.

This happens about half the time when trying to use the "Add all balance".

I have only tested this with addresses I have imported into my wallet form a private key.
Unfortunately even if I remove all addresses from my wallet and reimport that particular address so it does not show any transactions anymore I still can not send coins from it even if I subtract an extra 0.001. The coins are permanently stuck in the wallet.
