Migrate repo to Crossplane DevEx

### What problem are you facing?

With PR we aim to add Typescript support to Crossplane projects. When that is merged, migrate this repo to be an example Typescript project that can be used to generate new functions.

### How could this Function help solve your problem?

- Create a new branch, something like `legacy builder` that contains the contents of this current repo.
- Setup main to represent a Crossplane project.

Review Crossplane CLI PR #170 first, then inspect the current repository contents and the expected Crossplane TypeScript project structure. Done means the existing contents are preserved on a branch such as `legacy builder`, while `main` represents a usable Crossplane project template for generating new functions.
