Description
The [/Zc](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/build/reference/zc-conformance?view=msvc-170) flag has a couple of conformance related changes that are not enabled by default, the /permissive- flag or the /std:c++17 and /std:c++20 flags.
As far as I understand the documentation, these include:
* /Zc:throwingNew
* /Zc:__cplusplus
* /Zc:preprocessor
* /Zc:inline
* /Zc:referenceBinding
* /Zc:strictStrings
* /Zc:templateScope
There are also two non-/Zc flags that I am aware of, that have an impact on conformance:
* /await:strict
* /volatile:iso
If interested, I could create a PR?
