trace 支持 dspy框架

dspy支持[OpenTelemetry](https://opentelemetry.io/)，同时OpenTelemetry官方也提供了能力组件：https://pypi.org/project/openinference-instrumentation-dspy/

dspy如果上报到langSmith，只需要添加如下代码即可：

```python
from langsmith.integrations.otel import configure
from openinference.instrumentation.dspy import DSPyInstrumentor

configure(project_name="这是一个自定义名字")
DSPyInstrumentor().instrument()
```

理论上是不是cozeloop-python的trace上报也是类似？只需要添加例子代码即可，可否帮忙确认一下？
