Unable to connect to couchbase server

After opening "C\Program Files\Couchbase\Server\bin\cbq.exe" in command prompt I am getting "No input credentials. In order to connect to a server with authentication please provide credentials"
and
N1ql connection failure Requested resource not found.

can some please help me ....

Compare the authentication and N1QL connection requirements with the example project's documented startup steps, if available.
