Description
a) This is not automatically populated when there is a zygosity entered for the parent's subject record or information asked through setting up the breeding pair.
i) I have options for up to three genotyping results: Result0, Result1, Result2 where I can enter absent or present (would be helpful to enter zygosity as well (homozygous, heterozygous)
ii) There is no option to enter the sequence that is used for the genotyping (Sequence0, Sequence1, Sequence2--all read None currently, would be nice to specify)

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the litter and breeding-pair data models and their genotyping fields; done should include a way to carry the specific protocol, represent zygosity, and record the sequences used for each result.
