Document issues into `chassis-docs`

Everyone needs to put all of their stuff from issues so far this semester into a branch (can be either `your-name-changes` or something thats relevant to what youre doing) on [`chassis-docs`](/cornellev/chassis-docs), so we can remember what we did 😁
