Consider renaming content source `source-files` to `source-filesystem`

Currently the `contentlayer/source-files` content source feels quite unintuitive to talk about in natural language (and is easy to confuse with the term "source file"). In order to make this more intuitive I'm suggesting to rename it to `contentlayer/source-filesystem` which can be referred to as "filesystem content source".
