Descripción
The `pyc` file contains the `$PREFIX` but apparently not in a way that is detected / or replaceable by conda / rattler (Python marshals strings without `\0` delimiter into the bytecode IIUC).
It might be better to not add this file at all so that it is regenerated? Or scramble it?
We hit a problem when installing python 3.11 - because we are restoring the `mtime` in rattler and the `pyc` file does not get regenerated. We're currently looking for solutions how to solve this cleanly.
We should, probably, change the `mtime` / not restore it upon installation of files where we change some contents.
