What is the goal / purpose / intention of this package

The `libpgmath` library seems to be a part of the "current/legacy Flang" compiler at https://github.com/flang-compiler/flang/tree/f8c9b161620127edc478e4c6292f999399406658/runtime/libpgmath.

I am currently investigating whether we could use it in LFortran (https://gitlab.com/lfortran/lfortran/-/issues/243). We are also considering simply writing our own.

I tried to see if there are any packages in conda-forge that depend on `libpgmath`, but couldn't find any.

Is the purpose of this package to be used independently, or is it meant as a dependency for some (future) package? Is it safe to depend on it, or will it be removed in the future?

If the legacy Flang or the new Flang (part of LLVM) compiler is packaged, will it depend on this `libpgmath` package?
