Extract build time from conda-build output

Conda build can write out the build time as part of resource usage summary. It might be nice to have a way to get that information and stash it somewhere. This information could be very handy in understanding the stresses we put on the CIs and the time it takes to rebuild sections of the graph (eg for pinning changes).
