This issue is for tracking our move to unique tokens per provider.

- [x] conda-forge-ci-setup provides `provider` key in http request (https://github.com/conda-forge/conda-forge-ci-setup-feedstock/pull/226)

- [ ] update tests in conda-forge-webservices to use tokens per provider
