Add separate links to glossary definition

- [x] I read [the conda-forge documentation](https://conda-forge.org/docs/user/introduction.html#how-can-i-install-packages-from-conda-forge) and could not find the solution for my problem there.

## Issue:

Currently, there are no separate references/links for the glossary definitions which can be used to reference these different keywords in other places throughout the website. This is related to discussion [here](https://github.com/conda-forge/conda-forge.github.io/pull/1395#issuecomment-823969468)
