Description
BIDS already supports a top-level `stimuli` directory
NWB files often contain events/images/movies annotated under the 'stimulus' group
So we could extract and store these in a BIDS-like way
Also see BEP 44 (https://github.com/bids-standard/bids-specification/pull/2022) for improvements to that representation in conjunction with the `events.tsv`
