Description
Because the contents of the workflow is not available in the "same format" it should be `pav:importedFrom/By/On`
These are not within the RO bundle specification so must be in the `pav` namespace
Ideally `history` would be filled with provenance information akin to http://git2prov.org/ which gives detailed PROV-compliant provenance from git logs, and would fill this need
