Question: Does the library provide an echo or summary string capability?

We'd like to write a line of text that summarizes all supplied args and values when our apps start. Is this available anywhere within the class library currently?

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by inspecting the public command-line parser API and how supplied arguments and values are represented; determine whether a summary or echo capability exists, and define the expected output if it does not.
