build fails on macos 13 (x86_86)

Hi,

I am trying to build python 3.11.8 on MacOS 13 (x86_64), but I get the following error. I am using Github Actions and the provided actions runner.

I use the following command for the build. I do not use a configuration file.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can solve the errors? The same build process works perfectly on MacOS 14 (arm).

Start with the linked GitHub Actions run and reproduce the portable-python build 3.11.8 -mxz,openssl,gdbm command on macOS 13 x86_64. Compare the failing _dbm, _curses_panel, and _curses results with the successful macOS 14 arm build. Done means the reported build completes with the requested modules available.
