tm服务重启后，client端不能自动重连

tm 服务down后重启， client端不能自动重新连接，也需要重启
该问题，是否已经解决

### 2. Environment:
- JDK version: 1.8
- OS: linux
- TX-LCN version: 5.0.2
- Others:

Start by reproducing the failure with TX-LCN 5.0.2 on JDK 1.8 and Linux: stop and restart the TM service while a client remains running. Trace the client’s connection handling and determine the expected reconnection behavior. Done means the client reconnects without requiring a restart, with a regression test or documented verification for the restart scenario.
