Not able to change the video quality properly

Beschreibung
The quality of videos on the website cant be change properly. The bitrate given while playing the video is low which creates a stuttering effect while playing the video with higher speed of about 1.5x.
For example the following screenshot shows the only bitrate available is 190 kbps which is quite low. This does not allow us to read the fonts in the video which is more noticeable in 1080p and 4k panels. @prateek27 @Prajjwal
