描述
The **"Go to Top Button"** is at the bottom of the webpage which makes the navigation difficult. Since this button is present at the bottom of the page, anyone who is present at the middle of the page can't navigate to the top without scrolling.
We could add a static 'Go to Top Button' which floats on the page.
