How to show add block icon on every block regardless of width?

I want my users to be able to add a block at any point in the documents. Currently, I only see this button at the bottom if I am in the wider view, or in the hover box when I am in the narrow view.

How do I get it so that I can get the + in all width configs?

L’issue mentionne uniquement les contrôles add-block dépendant de la largeur et aucun fichier, test ou point d’entrée. Reproduisez le comportement dans des vues étroites et larges, puis localisez le code de l’UI de l’éditeur qui contrôle l’icône add-block et définissez l’emplacement attendu pour chaque configuration de largeur.
