[ Bug ] 모각코 만들기 버튼 카카오맵 API

-Detail: [bug] 모각코 만들기 버튼에서 장소검색 후 첫 마커를 찍으면 자꾸 다른곳으로 지도가 이동함
그런데 강원도에 있는 곳을 찍으면 휴전선 근처로 이동하고 서울을 찍으면 강원도, 경기도 사이의 이름모를 산으로 이동함
그 외는 자기 현재위치인듯.

처음에는 코드에러로 인해 현재위치로 이동하는 버그라고 생각했지만 강원도, 경기도에서 이름모를 산들로 옮겨지는것을 확인한 후 일관성이 없기에 카카오맵API 내부결함으로 조심스런 추측을해봄.
