Description

The initial publish included only `docs/architecture-overview.md`. The upstream demo has a much larger `docs/` tree (as-built, plans, runbooks) that is heavily environment-specific and was intentionally excluded from v1.

**Action**: curate a public-appropriate subset of docs (e.g. an architecture deep-dive, a deploy runbook, and a bootstrap/ordering guide), parameterized with the same `` placeholder scheme, and verified clean by the identifier scan.

Research direction

Start with docs/architecture-overview.md and compare the upstream demo's larger docs/ tree, focusing on as-built material, plans, and runbooks. Select a public-appropriate architecture deep-dive, deploy runbook, and bootstrap/ordering guide, use the existing placeholder scheme, and run the identifier scan to verify the curated subset is clean.
