Clean up old IDEs

>The only major issue (read major missing feature) is that when I select a new version of an IDE say PyCharm it will deploy fine but leave old versions of the IDE on the host which can take up a LOT of space (up to 4GB/install) it would be awesome to have a button to either upgrade the IDE version deployed or once I have deployed an updated version to have all links point to that and then provide an option to remove old instances of the IDE.

Begin with the linked Coder discussion and trace how the plugin deploys IDE versions and manages their links. Define whether completion means upgrading, repointing links, removing old installations, or offering each as an option, then verify the selected behavior without leaving obsolete IDE copies.
