Move session tracking to proper workspace apps

We are currently in the transition period where we used to track sessions at the agent, and now we are tracking them via the client. We already have the workspaceapps system in place that can handle much of what we are doing with the special sessions from agent stats, so by moving the reporting all the workspaceapps we can finally decouple agent stats and workspace activity completely.
