Local feature fails with unspecified options

Hi,
I’m in the midst of development so the features I’m composing into a devcontainer are local. This works when running in vscode.

When running with en builder I get an error that the options my devcontainer.json is specifying are not valid for the feature. I haven’t tested this yet with remote features but I’m assuming this is because they’re local because the devcontainer compatibility doc says options are supported.

Start by reproducing the report with a local feature referenced from devcontainer.json, then compare Envbuilder's option validation with the stated devcontainer compatibility behavior. Done means local features accept the options declared in devcontainer.json without the reported validation error; the payload names no implementation file or test.
