Fallback not working when invalid Dockerfile in coder workspace

When I use devcontainer in coder (kubernetes) from this template:

And change the Dockerfile to this and restart:
Dockerfile:
INVALID
FROM qmcgaw/godevcontainer

Then envbuilder is not detecting the failure and is not reverting to the fallback image


在 coder Kubernetes workspace 中使用附加的模板重现失败，将 Dockerfile 修改为在重启前以 INVALID 开头。跟踪 envbuilder 对 Dockerfile 失败的处理以及 fallback image 的选择。当检测到无效 Dockerfile 导致的失败，并且 workspace 恢复为 fallback image 时，即表示完成。
