Remove Launch on start registry key on uninstall

We should remove the registry key we create with the Launch on start setting:
`Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Run\\CoderDesktopApp`

We need to be careful in the update path so we don't clear this setting.

Locate the Windows installer/uninstaller and update paths that manage the Launch on start setting, then trace handling of the CoderDesktopApp registry key. Done means the key is removed during uninstall while the update path preserves the setting.
