### Steps to Reproduce

1. CMD /usr/local/bin/code-server --cert --bind-addr 0.0.0.0:8080 /app
2. Connect to https://localhost:8080 with Fierefox
3. There's no option to "Accept the risk and continue"

### Expected

Code Server should open in Forefox
