Hi. Since [native sync](https://code.visualstudio.com/updates/v1_48#_settings-sync) is available upstream, is there motivation to implement this? maybe choosing a different "backend" (eg github gists, a la [settings sync ext](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=Shan.code-settings-sync&ssr=false#overview)
