[BUG] 框选文本一直抱错误信息

## Bug Description
错误信息如下:
[ClaudeCode] [server] [ERROR] WebSocket server error: Client read error: ECONNRESET

## To Reproduce
打开插件侧边栏后，框选几次文本就会一直弹窗，是大概率偶现

- Neovim version: NVIM v0.12.5
- Claude Code CLI version: 2.1.241
- OS: arhlinux
- Plugin version: lastest

## Additional Context

Reproduce the problem by opening the plugin sidebar and selecting text repeatedly with the reported Neovim, Claude Code CLI, OS, and plugin versions. Trace the WebSocket ECONNRESET error and determine why it becomes a repeated popup; done means repeated text selections no longer show the error popup.
