Failed to bring claude code back after sending ctrl+z in cluade buffer window accidentally.
## To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Open neovim and toggle the claude code buffer on.
2. Switch to the claude code buffer window and send ctrl+z combination.
## Expected Behavior
the claude code can be resumed by send fg.
