Bugs that create errors in production cause blank screens

**Describe the bug**
When errors arise,

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to services page in production (https://www.wisdp.com)
2. Click on a select button to enable a marker on the map
3. Click on Health, Reentry, or other tabs multiple times switching in between them
4. Observe blank screen

**Expected behavior**
An error screen

Inizia riproducendo la schermata vuota nella pagina dei servizi di produzione: abilita un indicatore della mappa, quindi passa ripetutamente da Health a Reentry e alle altre schede. Leggi la guida collegata alla gestione degli errori di React 16 e identifica il punto di ingresso frontend rilevante. È completato quando lo stesso percorso di errore mostra una schermata di errore invece di una schermata vuota.
