UI Mockups Needed

We need to rethink UI to make it better for users

Application should be used to:

* execute all tests in project
* execute a specific test in project
* debug a test by steps
* write a new test in interactive mode

Application should work in

* Electron Mode
* small-size window (to preview with browser)
* Server Mode
* wide-size window (to preview saved snapshots)

Start by reviewing the four requested workflows and the Electron Mode and Server Mode constraints in the issue. Define mockups that cover each workflow and both window contexts; the work is done when the proposed UI is documented clearly enough for implementation.
