Deliver native layer as standalone package somewhere

Hi 👋 this library is really cool!

I would love to re-use your awesome native layer in PowerShell to make a neat CLI tool for this. Do you think you can distribute it somewhere? Ideally I'd want a nuget package but releasing it anywhere is good too 😃
