Add a search bar on top of homepage.

Please add a search bar on the top of homepage in index.html file in issue #2 , to be able to run SQL queries.

Start by opening index.html and reviewing issue #2 for the homepage and SQL-query context. Identify how the homepage currently accepts or executes queries, then add the requested top-of-page search bar. Done means the homepage has the search bar and it can run SQL queries as requested.
