The user's bank information does not load correctly until the webhook is processed

We don’t display correct routing number, account number, and bank account name in UI when first adding bank account info because the external account has not processed from the webhook yet

首先跟踪显示 routing number、account number 和 bank account name 的 UI 流程，然后检查 webhook 如何更新外部银行账户。在 webhook 处理之前复现首次添加流程，并验证 webhook 完成后这三个值都能正确显示。
