Document failed version checker pods hanging around

描述

After having a typo in the `Image` field of my crdb cluster manifest, the version checker pod failed.
This was expected.

However, after correcting the typo, i expected the bad version checker pod to be gone. It was still hanging around. Perhaps this can be documented.
