Descripción
Considering that in CockroachDB 20.2 we addressed the proper balancing per store, to overcome the implications of slow fsync, it is recommended to add multiples stores per node in a non-k8s environment. It'd be good to have the same level of flexibility in containers, adding multiple disks and stores per pod.
