Add native Codex hook support

ABCoder is fantastic at analyzing codebases and applying structured changes. However, it has only a Claude Code based workflow driven by hooks. As Codex now also supports hooks, is it possible to add native support for Codex?

Done means ABCoder has native Codex hook support alongside the existing Claude Code workflow, with verification for the new integration.
