Cannot install the plugin with ArgoCD

I try to install this plugin with ArgoCD like this:

ArgoCD complains with:

ComparisonError: Failed to load target state: failed to unmarshal manifests for source 2 of 2: Object 'Kind' is missing in '{".":"0.13.0","metadata":{"annotations":{"argocd.argoproj.io/tracking-id":"cloudnativepg-operator:/:cnpg-system/"}}}'
```

Reproduce the failure using the shown ArgoCD Application and the repository at targetRevision v0.13.0. Inspect what ArgoCD finds in the repository root for source 2 and determine why it produces an object without a Kind. Done means ArgoCD can load valid manifests for the plugin source without the ComparisonError.
