Fix renovate for registry version

After https://github.com/cloudnative-pg/plugin-barman-cloud/pull/778 was merged, the line created for the renovate configuration didn't work and failed with:

Review the Renovate configuration line introduced by pull request 778 and reproduce the reported invalid-value result using the shown Docker datasource details. Done means the registry version is represented in a form Renovate accepts and no longer reports skipReason invalid-value.
