[Feature] Provide an installation via OLM

Are there plans to offer to install the barman-cloud operator via OLM like the "cloudnative-pg" operator?

Currently the official way to install the operator is by running the`"manifest.yaml"`file.
One problem with the manifest is the`namespaces`that are hard-coded to`"cnpg-system"`, assuming that "cloudnative-pg" instances run in that`namespace`.
Another problem is that it is not easy for upgrading. btw is there an official safe way/method to upgrade the operator?

Having the operator packaged as an OLM in OperatoHub.io would simplify the install and upgrades, and also be aligned with the cloudnative-pg operator
