Add option to change scope of data-attribute attachments

Currently, when you initialize the plugin, it always attaches the data-attribute helpers to the container.

It would be nice if that were the _default_ behavior, but you could also broaden the scope. This would make life easier to attach to navigation _outside_ of the sliding views. For example, tabs.

Start by locating the plugin initialization and the current data-attribute attachment logic. Trace how the container scope is selected, then identify the option needed to broaden it for navigation outside the sliding views, such as tabs; the work is done when both the default container behavior and the broader scope are supported.
