Adding CI/automated deployment to this example

I think many developers who manage Cloudflare workers would be interested in seeing how this example could be automatically deployed using a tool like Travis.

I'm happy to make a PR at it, just wanted to see if y'all are receptive to expanding this example or if you'd prefer to keep it isolated to just the Webpack stuff?

Start by reviewing the repository's Webpack example and determine how the proposed Travis-based deployment would fit; the issue names no files or tests. Confirm the desired CI and deployment scope with maintainers, then define completion as an automated deployment path for the example.
