Everything set up, but no logs are being fetched

Using ec2 VM (Ubuntu) and everything is set up: Gcloud, my Cloudflare credentials, Cronjob, scrips, etc.

In my GPC console, VMs, functions and storage are set up. APIs are enabled.

Can't figure out where is the problem. It happens that the logs aren't being fetched, as I can see at the *_logs bucket in my Google Storage.

Start by reproducing the setup on the EC2 Ubuntu VM and checking the cronjob, scripts, Cloudflare credentials, enabled APIs, and the Google Storage *_logs bucket. The issue names no files or tests; done means identifying why logs are not fetched and confirming that they appear in the bucket.
