Plz provide "libfesvr.so" file to simulate

Hello Friends,
Due to some issue, I could not install fully rocket-tool. But I could successfully install partially.
Can someone upload "libfesvr.so" file. this file is require to complete simulation.

$RISCV/lib/libfesvr.so
